Johannesburg - Three men accused of fraud relating to the building of the Mbombela stadium in Mpumalanga are expected to appear in the Nelspruit Regional Court on Thursday, the Hawks said.

Police arrested two men, one in Naturena and another in Cape Town on Wednesday. A third man later handed himself over to the police, said Hawks spokesperson McIntosh Polela.

He said the men allegedly forged SA Revenue Service documents to get a contract to build the Mbombela stadium, which was one of the venues for the 2010 Soccer World Cup.

Polela would not confirm rumours that Kaizer Chiefs manager Bobby Motaung was among those arrested.

But then we all know these guys will end up in parliament, they are part of the 'struggle elite' born after the struggle.

A very big shout out to the Hawks. We also need Scorpion reinstated. Zuma, Malema and other ANC fraudsters should go down as well.

This are some of the stories we do not need as a province and as a country. As a country we very much in a crisis stage of unemployment rate escalating, corruption is one element we must never tolarate, may the law take its place.
