South Africa's not-so-organic organics

There's no ambiguity in the formal definition of certified organic. There’s only one problem: in South Africa,it's not law.
"They, as the dog, want to wag the tail. They don’t want the tail to say: actually we might be able to wag you. And the farmer is going to have to realise that he is the dog, and the retailer is the tail."
