Johannesburg - Three men were being sought on Thursday after they raped a woman during an armed house robbery in Bronville in the Free State, police said.

The robbery took place around 20:00 on Sunday, Warrant Officer Malebo Khosana said.

"It is alleged that three men, dressed in blankets, balaclavas, and gumboots, were armed with a knife and two firearms," he said.

"The 32-year-old woman was raped in full view of her 4-year-old son in a bedroom while her husband was assaulted in the kitchen."

The robbers fled with an undisclosed amount of money. "Police are still looking for the three males, who are possibly Lesotho nationals."

Anyone with information can phone the Bronville police station on 057 394 3501.

This is insane. If people cannot feel safe in their own houses, where can they feel safe? I have come to a point in my life where I feel like a sitting duck. The feeling that you know it is going to happen, just not when or how bad it is going to be.

Sharon good people like yourself need to take the fight to the enemy, the thugs and rapists. At minimum you need to know your neighbors and start a neighborhood watch. SA needs the death penalty for savages. If trash like this hurt my family there would swift street justice.

Swine. Hope they get locked up before they can do any further harm. How can this type be allowed in any decent society. Eliminate the criminals and crime will be eliminated.

Is prison really enough for these guys? What would have happened if the husband walked in on these 4 raping his wife and shot them all. Husband would probably be charged for murder protecting his family.

Think about why we Afrikaners want a place of our own, or tell us how far we must bend bacwards to get our troats cut as easy as possible and still say sorry. Or stop sayng "It is insane", "Were are this country going" and all that crappy idiotic "ooooe" and "why" stupid comments. The cherry on the cake is the "This must stop" one.

Savages like this will not stop until the punishment is great enough to motivate change. SA be honest with yourselves do you think your judicial system is working because from America it looks like a joke. From an outside point of view SA looks like a country run by thugs and rapists where there is little fear of being caught and punished. My punishment for scum like this line them and allow rape victims to stone them to death in public. Potential rapists will see that and think twice. Your prisons are nice than the squatter towns they live in think about that.
