2013-07-13 10:14

Johannesburg - A gang of robbers was caught red-handed robbing a house in Pinetown on Friday, while its owner was tied up, said KwaZulu-Natal police.

"The men were found inside the premises in possession of a flat-screen TV, alcohol and speakers," said Captain Thulani Zwane.

One of the five men shot at the police, who returned fire. The gunman fled.

His accomplices were arrested and would appear in the Pinetown Magistrate's Court on Monday, said Zwane.

As much as they have apprehended the lot, by letting the one with a gun escape, to me they are cowards.
