Teen confesses to satanic killing

2013-10-04 22:47

Johannesburg - A 15-year-old Johannesburg girl has confessed to stabbing her friend to death as part of a satanic ritual, eNCA reported on Friday.

The girl told the High Court sitting in the Palm Ridge Magistrate's Court she killed a fellow pupil so she could move up the ranks of a satanic cult in Randfontein.

She said the pupil, Keamogetswe Sefularo, had posed a threat to the cult because she knew its members and their practices.

The girl said these rituals included visiting graveyards and members cutting themselves and sucking each other's blood.

This is so disheartening that young adults are committing such horrific act of barbarism.. A break down in our very moral fabric!

      Richard Trevenan Holman - 2013-10-05 01:38

Wow that is ignorance... Satanism is not about killing... to use that as an excuse is a lie. No where in a satanic ritual or satanic bible does it demand/request/ or even hint at the death of another. Stupid idiot girl who should of had proper medical treatment from a young age and her parents are partly to blame.

@ Richard very naive of you to think satanism is not about killing, of course it is; or are you a spin doctor for Satan?

  • Mike Peach - 2013-10-04 23:04

Bring back the death penalty now.

  • Tebogo Ngulube - 2013-10-04 23:08

Interesting. Now may the "There's No God" brigade come out and respond to this. They must say it loud that there's no Satan too.

Please do blow my mind with your amazing proofs for the existence of god. Show me some real evidence. Come on, you just "know", right? You say 110% certain god exists. Why do you believe that? Be honest with yourself here. You have no proof. You were indoctrinated since you were little to believe what you do, brainwashed in effect, just like every believer of every other faith ever. Your faith is not special, it's like all the others. The only difference between me and you is I laugh as hard at your religion as you probably do at people who worshiped Zeus and Poseidon. Really, you believe in invisible magic men, floating in the sky and beaming stuff into existence with their minds? Come now. I honestly think most grownups are in denial, and avoid honestly questioning their own faith, because they know deep down is a huge heap of doubt with zilch to back it up.

      Buyisile Vilakazi - 2013-10-05 00:20

Brian look @ yourself , you and me we re the proof that GOD do exist we didn't just happened 2 b alive n the world itself didn't jst happened 2 exist 4 itself there is this great unexplainable bein behind all of this n dat is God

      Derek Yegambaram - 2013-10-05 07:21

The bible is spot on where it says "claiming to be wise they showed themselves to be fools" . They have truly been blinded by the god of this world

      Sello Elia Molekwa - 2013-10-05 10:01

What I find interesting is the emotion and annoyance which atheists get whenever the name God is mentioned.

@ Jacqui - it certainly appears that Buyisile is a lady, and certainly not a 'him' as you implied. Well, that's if the profile pic is anything to go by. By the way, I trust you've taken Thlologelo to task, the one who frequently posts pieces riddled with religious fervor? I trust you've made it clear to him that his religious 'fever' is getting a bit tiresome? Or is it a double standard you're practicing? This is a discussion forum, Jacqui. People will express differing opinions. As much as I disagree with the religious, I will never encourage them to stop commenting, but I won't stop encouraging them to examine their own assertions and the most often faulty reasoning behind them.

Where on earth do the children get this crap from?.

  • Mike Swart - 2013-10-05 09:57

If killing in the name of or for a particular belief system or idea makes the latter true, then not only the existence of satan has been proven but a lot of other strange entities too. History is full of examples. How about some realism? If you believe in a bible that tells you there was universal flood water more than 8 kms high covering the whole earth you will believe ANYTHING. Just the ONE EASILY EXPOSED lie affects the credibility of the entire bible. http://www.epicidiot.com/evo_cre/noahs_flood.htm "The Great Pyramid of Cheops was built about 2589-2566 BC, about 230 years before the flood, yet it has no water marks on it. The Djoser Step Pyramid at Saqqara, Egypt, built about 2630 BC doesn't show any signs of having been under water. Likewise for many other ancient structures. But even more importantly, the Egyptians have continuous historical records for hundreds of years before and after the time of the flood that make no mention of a great flood. This shows that they were not only not aware of a global flood, they certainly were not greatly affected by one. Outside of the Bible, there is no historical or physical evidence that would place a worldwide flood during the time period specified by the Bible for the great flood." (End excerpt.) See on YouTube the following (very brief) video for info on other civilisations that sailed unharmed through the biblical flood.
