Roads are made for cars as shoes are made for man. Hope there is no damage to the truck.

For all you fu..ers that gives me the thumbs down, Just wait for the day one of your family members are going through hell when one of these morons that walk where they want decide to walk infront of their car and your family member end up with HIV due to some f idiot.

I agree with you, hope the truck is ok. He should not have been there, end of story!!

I don't get the HIV part though...

      Koos - 2012-04-22 09:27

HIV is transmitted through blood. When you travel in a car and hit a idiot running acrosss it, it will break the skin, if not split him in half. The windscreen is made of glass glass pieces fly around and cut the person on the inside of the car. There is a big chance of your blood and the blood from the dead idiot mixing and hence could infect you with whatever he had. Simple, isn't it. All you need is the right conditions and you have a slow puncture.

When I was young, it was considered illegal for a pedestrian to be on the highway. What happened to those days?

      Koos - 2012-04-21 13:16

These days you can walk where you want and when you get yourself killed it is never your fault.

You grew up!! No seriously I wish a lot of things could go back the way they were when we were children (and I DON'T mean apartheid) but things worked back then.

why is da man crossing the N2 in the first place, and why must culpable homicide be open?

  • Elize - 2012-04-21 14:01

I must admit we live in Somerset West and travel to CT on the N2 often, and the amount of pedestrians that run over the N2 is absolutely frightning, and the s%*t you get into when you kill one of them is shocking!!

I walk every were but I would never walk on a highway its not the drivers fault

  • jenny.gormanandrews1 - 2012-04-21 15:43

A few weeks ago , during peak-hour traffic I saw a man in the middle of the N3 swearing at drivers when they nearly hit him. He looked like he was either high on drugs or alcohol.

Look both ways before crossing the road.. Seriously how hard is that???
