Two hit by same vehicle in Vanderbijlpark

Johannesburg – Two people suffered critical injuries after they were struck by the same vehicle on Frikkie Meyer Boulevard near Boipatong in Vanderbijlpark late on Sunday night.

ER24 spokesperson Pieter Rossouw said paramedics arrived at the scene and found both patients had sustained critical injuries, including various fractures and possible head and spine injuries.

They were transported to Sebokeng Hospital for further treatment.

The driver didn’t sustain any serious injuries but was treated for shock.
