Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande has come out to address protesters at Parliament.WATCH

Parliament yesterday saw chaos both inside and outside as the Economic Freedom Fighters and students called for fees to fall.

EFF MPs stood up in the house with posters in hand saying fees must fall.

This was in solidarity with thousands of students across the country calling for a zero percent increase for the 2016 tuition.

Acting speaker Thoko Didiza called on the Parliamentary Protection Services to remove EFF members from the house.

To much cheering from other MPs, EFF members were removed from Parliament.

Following Finance Minister Nhlanhla Nene’s medium-term budget policy statement, which was overshadowed by protests at the stairs of Parliament.

Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande attempted to address the students but was drowned by protesters shouting “Blade Must Go!”.
