Alleged taxi dispute leaves 3 wounded at Mall of Africa

Midrand - Three people were shot and wounded in the Mall of Africa's parking lot during an alleged taxi dispute on Wednesday, paramedics said.

One bystander and two people, believed to be taxi bosses, were wounded, Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe said.

The two taxi bosses were being treated on the scene. Mathe said a helicopter airlifted the critically injured bystander to a Johannesburg hospital.

Four people were arrested.
