Johannesburg - Are you a tenderpreneur with big bucks but are stuck for a bit of Christmas shopping inspiration? There’s a whole lot you can get with a whole lot of money.

Like a private island in Fiji, for instance, which can be yours for a cool R347 million.

The 91ha Katafanga island in the South Pacific, situated in the Blue Lagoon area, is one of the last private islands available for purchase in the archipelago.

But to get there, you’ll probably need a plane. So why not splurge on a rose-gold private Cobalt Valkyrie-X jet?

It’s one of the fastest piston aircraft in the world and able to hit a top speed of 370km/h. Fortunately, it’s cheaper than the island at nearly R21m and can seat three passengers and a pilot.

If you prefer to get your kicks on terra firma, opt instead for a Koenigsegg CCXR Trevita, which costs R20.8m - because everyone these days has a Maserati.

The Koenigsegg is the most expensive car in the world and is clad in glittering white carbon fibre. Power is not a problem, with a 4.8 litre engine producing 745kW of power. Only three have ever been made.

But if that’s still too much, perhaps a trip to the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles for that special someone would hit the spot?

Just R6.9m can buy you two tickets for an unbelievable weekend at the Grammys in February.

You’ll hobnob with some of the music industry’s biggest stars, stay at the Peninsula Beverly Hills hotel, go backstage and take home a gold Gibson guitar, the Daily Mail reports.
