Durban – The case against four people, including an eThekwini Metro policeman, accused of murdering Durban businessman, Hoosen Dhoda, was on Friday postponed for a formal bail application.

It would take place in the Durban Magistrate's Court on September 9, KwaZulu-Natal National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson Natasha Kara said.

The four are metro police officer Sandile Dlamini, Sipho Mbele, Bonokwakhe Magubane, and Ayanda Dlamini.

Dhoda, accountant, was shot dead when a group of men entered the Royal Travel Agency in Problem Mkhize (Cowey) Road and tried to rob it on Monday morning, August 1.
