The City of Johannesburg's revenue customer service centres will be closed on December 25 and 26, 2018, as well as January 1 and 5, 2019."This will affect all customer service centres, as well as the call centre, which will be able to receive calls but not action service requests. Customers that have queries can log them with Joburg Connect at 0860 Joburg (562 874)," Ngobeni said.General service delivery utilities, including Joburg Water and City Power, will not be affected by the closure.
