Polokwane - A Limpopo father accused of slitting his four boys' throats is expected to appear in the Magatle Periodic Court  on Thursday.

Lesiba Kekana is accused of slitting the throats of his four children, aged 4, 6, 10 and 13, apparently after he had an argument with his wife.

He also allegedly tried to commit suicide afterwards.

Kekana last appeared in court in October.

His bail application was postponed at the time to allow the State to call more witnesses.

Magistrate George Mokou granted the request by the State for a postponement saying the court could only make a fair ruling after it had heard all the evidence.
