Johannesburg - Radovan Krejcir will make yet another trip to court on Monday - this time as a co-accused in the murder of Lebanese national Sam Issa in Bedforview.

Krejcir, a fugitive from the Czech Republic, Siboniso Miya, Nkanyiso Mafunda‚ Siphiwe Memela and Luybomir Borislavov Grigorov were charged with Issa's shooting at an intersection in Bedfordview early on the morning of October 12, 2013.

The shooting is thought to be related to a dispute over R500 000 Issa lent Krejcir for bail in one of the other cases he has faced, but Krejcir has denied this.

In February, Krejcir was sentenced to 35 years for kidnapping and attempted murder and 25 years for attempted drug dealing in connection with the kidnapping of Bhekithemba Lukhele in 2013.

Desai Luphondo, Miya and former police officers Samuel Maropeng, Jan Mofokeng and George Nthoroane were found guilty of various crimes related to the kidnapping.

They wanted Lukhele to reveal the whereabouts of his brother, Doctor, who worked for a cargo company at OR Tambo International Airport and who was allegedly supposed to have helped smuggle 25kgs of tik to Australia.
