Krejcir' court appearance comes a day after an explosive City Press report  about the State's "star witness" in the murder case naming policemen, politicians, prosecutors, criminals and the ANC as being in cahoots with the Czech fugitive.

The witness, Pierre Theron, was a member of Krejcír’s inner circle between 2007 and 2011.

The affidavit, signed and dated October 27 2015, and deposed before Lieutenant Colonel Bongani Gininda, lists payments from a bank deposit book allegedly belonging to Krejcír’s Credit Suisse bank account in the European tax haven of Liechtenstein. It forms part of the evidence against Krejcír in his murder trial, City Press writes.

Czech fugitive Radovan Krejcir will make an appearance in the South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg on Monday where he and five co-accused are appealing their conviction and sentencing for the attempted murder of Bheki Lukhele.

Delivering the sentence in February, Judge Colin Lamont identified Krejcir as the "mastermind" in the entire matter. "The evidence established that he was the mastermind, commonly referred to as 'The Boss'," he said. Lamont sentenced the Czech to 35 years behind bars.

But also on Monday, the South Gauteng High Court sitting in Palm Ridge will hear the case against Krejcir and four others for the murder of businessman Sam Issa.

Issa died in a hail of bullets at an intersection in Bedfordview on October 12 2013.

Krejcir faces nine charges along with Bulgarian Lybohir Grigorov, Mfaniseni Memela, Nkanyiso Mafunda and Siboniso Miya.
