Pretoria - A 51-year-old man was arrested by the Pretoria K9 Unit after he was found in possession of commercial explosives and detonators in Pretoria on Thursday, police said.

The man was found in possession of 30 boosters and 29 detonators, Captain Augustinah Selepe said.

The suspect has been charged with being in possession of commercial explosives and will appear in the Pretoria Magistrate's Court soon.
