Johannesburg – A man was shot twice in the head on Sunday at Doornfontein Taxi rank in Johannesburg, Gauteng police said.  

According to Lieutenant Colonel Lungelo Dlamini when the police arrived, they found the man lying on the ground.    

"The man was shot and died immediately at the scene and we don’t know who fired the shots,” he said.  

He also said the police are not certain what might have caused the shoot-out.  

No arrests have been made.
