Durban – Twenty-four-year old Tayla Sim who went missing from Constantia on Monday has been found and is being treated for severe sunburn, a family member has said.

Tayla’s brother, David spoke to News24 on Saturday saying his sister suffered a mental breakdown but was in good health.

“She had just basically wandered off. She was treated for severe sunburn but is doing better now.”

David said his sister’s car, a silver polo, was found in a parking lot near the beach in Scarborough, situated on the south of the Cape Peninsula.

Commenting on his sister being found David said: “We were extremely worried about her but we are happy that she is back home and receiving the help she requires now.”
