Motsoeneng’s appointment set aside by court

Cape Town - The Western Cape High Court on Friday ruled that the appointment of Hlaudi Motsoeneng as COO of the SABC be set aside.

Last month the Democratic Alliance filed papers against Motsoeneng, the SABC, its board and board chairperson.

It wants them to be found in contempt of court for not suspending Motsoeneng as per a Western Cape High Court order a year ago.
