Overturned taxi leaves 15 injured in Cape Town

Cape Town – An overturned taxi left 15 people with injuries in Khayelitsha, Cape Town.

The accident happened on Baden Powell Drive on Saturday morning and left most of the passengers with serious to moderate injuries.

The injured patients were stabilised and transported to various hospitals.

According to Netcare 911 spokesperson Athlenda Mathe, the cause of the accident is not yet known and the South African Police Service are investigating the matter.
