Johannesburg – Gauteng Premier David Makhura will deliver his State of the Province Address at the Green Hills Stadium in Randfontein on Monday.

It will be the official opening of the fourth session of the fifth legislature.

Several roads will be affected. Northway and Crane roads will be closed off from 06:00 on Monday.

Delmas Road should be avoided due to its poor condition.

Intersections including Zuurbekom and Cook, N12 and R28, R559 and Carletonville Road, and the R28 Krugersdorp would be monitored, but not closed off.
