Durban - Multiple bee stings have left two men and a woman injured at an old age home in Musgrave, KwaZulu-Natal on Sunday.

ER24 spokesperson Russel Meiring said paramedics, as well as other services, arrived on scene.

"On assessment, paramedics found that two men and a woman had sustained multiple bee stings over most of their bodies. It is understood that the patients were sitting outside when they were apparently attacked by the swarm of bees.

"Paramedics treated the patients for their injuries and thereafter transported them to Entabeni Hospital for further treatment," Meiring said.
