Top Billing presenter crash case back in court

Johannesburg - The man arrested after Top Billing presenter Simba Mhere died in a car crash in 2015 is expected to return to the Randburg Magistrate's Court on Monday for the continuation of the case.

Mhere's friend Kady-Shay O'Bryan also died in the crash on William Nicol Drive, Fourways, on January 31, 2015.

The late presenter's father Joseph survived.

Preshalin Naidoo faces two counts of culpable homicide and additional charges of reckless or negligent driving in the lengthy trial.
