Two arrested for Kraaifontein street shooting

Cape Town – Two men have been arrested in connection with a shooting in Kraaifontein during which four people were injured, Western Cape police said on Tuesday.

The four were standing in Dahlia Street, Scottsville, on Sunday when shots were fired, Sergeant Noloyiso Rwexana said.

The two men, aged 18 and 20, were arrested on Monday with the help of information from residents.

The circumstances of the shooting were still unclear. The men would appear in court once charged with attempted murder.
