Johannesburg – Two men, both in their 20s, were killed on Thursday night after a shooting at a residence on De Villiers Street in Kempton Park, paramedics said.

ER24 spokesperson, Russel Meiring, said paramedics were called to the scene by members of the local Community Policing Forum.

“On arrival, paramedics were led onto the premises were they found the body of one man lying in the garden while the second lay inside the home.

"On assessment, paramedics found that both men had sustained fatal injuries in the shooting. Nothing more could be done and they were declared dead on scene,” said Meiring.

Meiring said authorities were on the scene to investigate further.
