Bloemfontein – President Jacob Zuma on Friday appointed judges Boissie Henry Mbha and Cagney John Musi to act as Constitutional Court judges.

Mbha, of the Supreme Court of Appeal in Bloemfontein, would be an acting judge in the highest court in the land from August 1 until December 15.

He would replace Justice Bess Nkabinde, who would be acting as Deputy Chief Justice during that period.

Musi, of the Free State division of the High Court in Bloemfontein, would work in the Constitutional Court over the same period, following the retirement of Justice Johann van der Westhuizen.
