14:38Court adjourns. Back on at 09:30 tomorrow (Thursday).

14:35 - Nel again. ML confirms that a child was sitting at table next to OP's group.

14:34 - I went with friend to speak to them. Husband not with us.

14:33 - Darren told me the gun fell out of his pants, I told him the first rule of owning a gun is "safety first". I hit Darren over the head. OP didn't say anything to me.

14:32 - I spoke to Darren (Fresco). I knew Darren, Kevin and OP (not personally but I know of him), says ML. I asked them what happened.

14:31 - I was outside when shooting restaurant happened, Maria Loupis (ML) says.

14:31 - OP sitting stoney-faced listening to the witnesses.

14:30 - Maria Loupis, wife of Tasha's owner, now takes stand.

14:22 - Loupis went to OP's group and asked what happened. Fresco said gun fell out of his pants.

14:21 - Loupis: I heard a loud bang which I thought could have sounded like a gun but I was hoping not, that it was a balloon or something else.

14:20 - Restaurant shooting happened on 11 January, it was around lunchtime and the restaurant was full, about 220 people. I saw Oscar and Kevin Lerena, Fresco.."

14:20 - Loupis met OP once or twice.

14:19 - Yep, it's Loupis. He owns Tasha's restaurant where the shooting happened.

14:15 - Lerena excused. State calls next witness, Jason Loupis. Wait, I think Nel just called him Lucas. Will confirm asap.

14:12 - Roux finishes questions. Nel back.

14:11 - OP said he apologised to the restaurant owner and offered to pay for everything.

14:09 - Roux: Oscar said to Fresco - "do you know what will happen if this gets out?"

14:09 - The first thing OP asked me was if I was OK. If everyone was OK, says Lerena.

14:07 - Lerena: I didn't hear OP say he was upset, angry at Fresco. Can't say it's not so.

14:06 - Doesn't reemember if OP was angry with Fresco because he didn't know gun was loaded. OP said "someone could have got hurt."

14:06 - I don't know what Pistorius (OP) did with his hands. He was shocked and apologetic, says Lerena.

14:04 - Lerena: I can't say if Pistorius heard Fresco but it was noisy in the restaurant.

14:03 - Roux: Pistorius says he wanted to look at the firearm but didn't hear Darren Fresco say there was "one up in the chamber".

14:02 - And we're back.
