The Constitutional Court on Monday dismissed an application by Agang SA for a secret ballot on a motion of no confidence in President Jacob Zuma, the party said.

"The Constitutional Court gave reasons that our application is not in the interests of the public or justice," Agang MP Andries Tlouamma said.
