Johannesburg – The EFF has released an upbeat, catchy house music track titled #ZuptaMustFall.

The recorded voice of EFF leader Julius Malema shouting "Zupta must fall" is mixed into the house song.

"All entertainment centres are encouraged to raise the level of public awareness about the corruption that Zuma and Gupta [Zupta] family have caused to our country by playing this song," the EFF said on its website.

"Let everyone, everywhere, from all corners of our country join the clarion call that #ZuptaMustFall. From young people to old people, black and white, the unemployed, the poor, the urban and rural masses of our people let us speak and sing in one voice that #ZuptaMustFall,"

This comes in the wake of a revelation from Deputy Finance Minister Mcebisi Jonas that he was offered the top job in the ministry. In a statement, he said, "Members of the Gupta family offered me the position of minister of finance to replace then-minister Nene.

"I rejected this out of hand. The basis of my rejection of their offer is that it makes a mockery of our hard earned democracy, the trust of our people and no one apart from the President of the Republic appoints ministers."
