Cape Town - Ever wondered how safe your luggage really is on its journey between the plane and the airport? A video uploaded to YouTube over the weekend may have you buying a few extra locks and cable ties.

Taken from the viewing deck of Cape Town International Airport on Friday, 7 February, the video shows a baggage handler unloading bags from an aircraft. He seems to rifle through the bags as he goes along.

2OceansVibe reports that the video has been doing the rounds on social media, causing quite an uproar. Cape Town International has been assuring people that they are aware of the incident and that it is being investigated thoroughly.
