Cape Town - The Garden Route town of Knysna came to life over the past few days with the annual Pick n Pay Knysna Oyster Festival.Revellers from across the country descended upon the picturesque town for 10 days of food, fun and activities. The festival, of course, celebrates the slimy delicacy it is named after with an amazing array of food specials around every corner. Apart from this, the popular half marathon snaking its way through the surrounding forests has become something of a highlight on the social and sports calendars of experienced and beginner runners alike. As the town does tend to get rather clogged during the festival, the surrounding areas have a lot to offer - from exploring animal sanctuaries en route to Plett to taking a plunge off the Bloukrans Bridge - attached to a bungee chord of course! We took a squiz through our Instagram feed to see what everyone was getting up to.
