PICS: The world's biggest water fight

2014-04-15 14:43
Chiang Mai - Marking Thailand's traditional New Year and the start of summer, visitors and residents across the country take part in the Songkran Festival every year.

The festival is celebrated every year from 13 to 15 April and takes the form of a massive water fight.
Throwing water at each other is seen as a sign of respect and well-wishing during the festival.

Can you believe it?

Fascinated by the concept, we decided to scroll through our social media streams to see the festivities for ourselves.

Take a look at these pics posted by various Instagram users.
