Top city breaks around the world

2013-11-12 13:53
Even if you've never thought of yourself as a lover of bright neon lights and busy streets, taking an urban weekend break in a city of your choice every once in a while could prove to be hugely exciting.

In today's Travel Talk on Twitter we chatted about "City Breaks" and found that exploring a new city is a great way to unwind and lose yourself in the moment. We've shared a few of our favourite answers that the Twitter travel community came up with and would love to hear your thoughts!
If you're a keen traveller who likes to share tales, tips and trifles with other wanderers, you should head on over to Twitter every Tuesday for Travel Talk on Twitter, also known as #TTOT.

Taking place every week at 11:30 (SA time), the chat is run by a few of the world's top travel bloggers, such as Travel Dudes, Roni Weiss and Runaway Juno, and aimed at getting travellers from all over the world to sharing their experiences. How it works: A new topic is introduced every week, so to stay in the loop by keeping close tabs on the TTOT Facebook group.

The discussion takes the form of five different questions related to the topic and will be numbered Q1 - Q5, with a couple of minutes for responses to each. In order to respond to a specific question you will start your answer with A1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, of course including #TTOT so you're included in the stream.

Check out the Travel Talk on Twitter Facebook page for updates about upcoming chats.
