There are three key events taking place in honour of the Father of our Nation ahead of the his State Funeral in Qunu on Sunday 15 December. Here's how you get access.Tuesday 10 December: Johannesburg Official memorial Service for at 11am (Gates open at 6am) FNB Stadium, SowetoAccess will be granted on a first come first serve basis. Capacity is 90 000. Members of the public who won't get space are being urged to use other viewing sites or to follow proceedings on SABC's live broadcasts. Big screens will be installed at the overflow venues including Ellis Park, Dobsonville and Orlando Stadiums.See Joburg Road Closure Advisory Wednesday 11 December: Cape Town Official memorial Service from 4pm (Gates open at 2pm) until 11pm.Green Point Stadium, Green PointSee Cape Town Road Closure advisoryAccess: If you want to attend the Cape Town memorial you will need to get complimentary coupons from Computicket outlets with presentation of a valid ID, passport or driver’s license. Coupons also entitle holders to free transport via MyCiti, Golden Arrow and Metrorail services in and out of the city from/to all stations from 12pm on the day. Five coupons per person allowed.Thursday to Friday 11, 12, 13 December: Madiba to lie in State. Members of the public can file past Madiba's body from 12.pm to 5.30pm Union Buildings, Pretoria. This will also be on a first come first serve basis. The state has asked members of the public to work with officials and respect the access guidelines. More information will be made available during the week in the run up to Madiba's state funeral in Qunu on Sunday 15 December 2013.
