Online gift vouchers for Table Mountain cableway

2012-12-14 11:35
Cape Town - This Christmas, Table Mountain Cableway is trying to make festive season shopping as stress-free as possible by offering visitors gift vouchers and Cable Cards that can be purchased online.

There are three different online gift vouchers available for purchase, valued at R50, R100 and R200 each. These vouchers can be redeemed at all retail outlets at the lower and top stations, excluding cart vendors, the Happy Snappy Photo Booth and the ticket office. Shoppers can purchase proudly South African souvenirs and gifts at the Shop at the Top and can treat themselves to delicious meals at the Table Mountain Café using their gift vouchers.

The Cableway's frequent user card, the Cable Card, is the perfect gift to buy for a loved one this holiday season. The Cable Card gives the owner of the card access to the Cableway every day for a year, weather permitting.

There are great benefits of owning this frequent user card, such as avoiding the ticket office queues; invitations to exclusive Cableway functions and events; plus a subscription to the Cableway's quarterly e-newsletter, packed with news and special offers.

The Cable Card can be bought for children between the ages of 4 and 17 years for R255, for adults for R510, or as an adult and child combo for R605. This card entitles users to one return trip per day.

Cable Cards and online gift vouchers can be purchased on Table Mountain's website, and are valid for 12 months from date of activation. Applicants must present a South African ID, birth certificate, passport or driver's license when collecting their Cable Cards from the Cableway Visitor Centre, situated at the Lower Station.
