I'm picking up the pieces - Fransman sexual assault accuser

01 June, 10:47 AM

We speak to Louisa Wynand, 21, the woman who accused suspended Western Cape ANC leader, Marius Fransman, of sexual assault.

"I'm not here to fight," Wynand tells us as she explains how the situation that she alleges happened has changed the way she looks at life.

Wynand was hired by Fransman to work on a hospitality project of his. On their way to the ANC's 104th birthday celebration in January, Wynand says that the politician allegedly sexually assaulted her.

After laying charges, the case was dropped due to insufficient evidence. Watch the young woman from Cape Town unpack how this situation has changed her life.
