Only ANC can change this 'apartheid dump' - Hout Bay voter

News24 visited three voting stations in Cape Town's Ward 74 during Wednesday's municipal elections, to uncover the political dynamics at play in such a racially segregated area.  

Hout Bay is in many way a microcosm of South Africa, in terms of socio-economic divides, with white, black and coloured communities living in separate areas and with varying levels of basic services.
