POLOTIKI | Episode 13: Country of irrational decisions

2017-09-15 10:00

In this week's episode, will President Jacob Zuma get his day in court after he conceded that the then national prosecution head Mokotedi Mpshe's decision to drop his corruption and fraud charges was irrational?

Zuma's legal team was in the Supreme Court of Appeal on Thursday to seek leave to appeal the decision by the High Court in Pretoria on the spy tapes saga.

News24 politics editor Mahlatse Gallens also speaks to Economic Freedom Fighters secretary general Gordrich Gardee about the alleged election rigging of the 2016 local government elections as four independent electoral commission officials face trail for electoral fraud.
