SBV Services is offering a R100 000 reward for information leading to the successful arrest and conviction of perpetrators involved in a cash-in-transit robbery in Hammanskraal, Pretoria, on Monday, July 2.

Communications Manager at SBV Flavia De Cillia told News24 that an unknown number of perpetrators confronted the company's four-man team while they were delivering cash to a retail site.

"An undisclosed amount of cash was taken by the perpetrators," De Cillia said.

In a video circulated on social media, a white Volkswagen follows the van into the premises. A silver bakkie then pulls up to the gate and two men, one heavily armed, enter the property.

De Cillia wouldn't disclose details of the robbery as an investigation is underway but appealed to members of the public with information on this attack or any other cash-in-transit crimes to notify the authorities.
