WATCH: Paris attack survivor says his phone saved his head from being 'blown to bits'

A man who was walking by the Paris stadium when a terrorist bomb went off said, had his cell phone not taken the force of the blast, his head would have been 'blown to bits'.

Watch the video above as the man describes the explosion and how his phone could have saved his life.

The string of co-ordinated attacks in and around Paris late on Friday left more than 120 people dead, in the worst such violence in France's history.

The assailants struck at least six very different venues, ranging from the national sports stadium to a pizzeria. The overall toll was expected to rise.
