3, 2, 1, GO! Watch the moment hundreds of people take a festive plunge in the North Sea

A Boxing Day dip has taken place at the Cromer in Norfolk since 1985. This year hundreds of people took a plunge into the North Sea to help raise funds for a mental health charity.

This year's event raised more than £4 000 for the Norwich branch of Mind in memory of 19-year-old Niall Brown who used to run with the club and took his own life earlier in the year.
