Crisis talks with North have ended - South Korea

Seoul - North and South Korea wrapped up on Tuesday marathon talks aimed at ending a tense military stand-off, the presidential Blue House in Seoul said.

The negotiations in the border truce village of Panmunjom ended just before 01:00 (16:00 GMT Monday), with an announcement expected on the result within an hour, the Blue House spokesperson said.
