Barcelona - The foreign ministers of Spain, France and Germany have attended a wreath-laying ceremony at Barcelona's airport in memory of the 150 victims of the Germanwings plane crash last month.

Spain's Jose Manuel Garcia Margallo, France's Laurent Fabius and Germany's Frank-Walter Steinmeier joined government officials from the regional government of Catalonia, whose capital is Barcelona to lay three wreaths in a silent ceremony Monday outside the airport.

The Germanwings flight took off from Barcelona on 24 March and was bound for the German city of Duesseldorf but crashed in southern France.

Most of the victims were German or Spanish.
