US outraged by Syria strike in Turkey

Washington - US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton expressed outrage on Wednesday after a mortar bomb fired from Syria killed five people in southeastern Turkey and said Washington would discuss with Ankara on what the next steps should be.

"We are outraged that the Syrians have been shooting across the border. We are very regretful about the loss of life that has occurred on the Turkish side," Clinton said in remarks during an appearance with Kazakhstan's visiting foreign minister.

"We are working with our Turkish friends. I will be speaking with the [Turkish] foreign minister later to discuss what the best way forward would be," Clinton said, calling the spread of violence beyond Syria's borders "a very, very dangerous situation".

The lady is outraged.. but it is all-right for the US to channel $175 million in aid to the rebels to continue their bloodshed..

Everyone knows US help is limited to humanitarian aid, none more so than the Free Syria Army who have been pleading for military help from the US. Making up what you want to believe is happening doesn't make it so.

So she is sorry to hear that..any intelligent person will know that one solitary mortar round has been fired by the opposition in Syria, that same opposition that has been supported by the West.It seems that they are on the back foot now so resort to any desperate measure to drag Turkey into their conflict and thereby drag NATO into the fight!all for their own selfish aims.I think its time for Russia and China to step up to the plate and draw a line in the sand once and for all and stop these war mongering, broke Yanks from trying any of their dirty tricks.Once and for all and for the sake of humanity and the world as we know it, must the US and its proxy NATO be stopped.Russia and China should warn them its to much and threaten a wider standoff in the region backed by Russia and China. This insanity from the US must come to an end before their lust for conflict drags the whole world into a third world war.

Everyone who has learned something about their sneaky strategy can understand the obvious truth hidden behind mrs Witche's eloquence. Remember how it happened during the military conflict in Abkhazia when a number of russian border officers opened fire at the georgian border and the USA spokespersons were outraged no less? Only years after the world has been told the truth that those "russian" militia men were disguised georgians carrying out a set-up.
