Clinton at inauguration to 'honour our democracy'

Washington - Hillary Clinton, beaten by Donald Trump in the race for the White House, said on Friday she was attending his inauguration to "honour our democracy".

Clinton made the comment on Twitter.

Clinton and her husband, ex-president Bill Clinton are both in attendance.

Clinton also had a message for young girls:
