Rome - Italy's highways police are after one of the suspects behind the Paris terrorist attacks, the ANSA news agency says.

Patrol units in the northwestern city of Turin and the surrounding Piedmont region have been alerted to look for a black Seat Ibiza car driven by 32-year-old Frenchman Baptiste Burgy, ANSA reports.

According to unnamed sources cited by the agency, the suspect entered Italy via the Ventimiglia border crossing on Sunday.
