Slovenia to start building fence on Croatia border

Belgrade - Slovenia will start building a fence along the border with Croatia, Prime Minister Miro Cerar said on Tuesday, to manage the inflow of migrants.

He said the government decided on these technical measures, including a wire fence, as the European Union's attempts to control the wave of migrants in Greece were not working, STA news agency reported.

The border will remain open, but supervised, Cerar said.
