The Met have released footage showing them knocking suspected thieves in the streets of London.

The head of the Met's Operation Venice Team told The Telegraph criminals will be targeted "at every opportunity", including while riding recklessly, removing helmets or disguising themselves. However, Scotland Yard says they will ram suspects off their bikes even if they are not wearing helmets.
