WATCH: Oblivious singing snowboarder chased by giant bear

2016-04-11 14:56

When Snowboarder Kelly Murphy began to film herself riding down the slopes of the Hakuba 47 winter resort in Japan, she didn't realise the footage would later reveal that a giant bear was chasing her down.

The video circulating online shows the snowboarder happily singing along to Rihanna's single "Work", unaware that the bear was dangerously close behind.

In fact, the video seems so remarkable that some are calling into question the authenticity of the clip, claiming that the 'bear encounter' just comes down to some skillful editing.
