WATCH: Rival border concerts held for Venezuela

2019-02-23 11:21

Two shows, one issue.

Rival music concerts are being held on the Venzuela-Colombia border.

Venezuela Aid Live in Colombia was put on by Sir Richard Branson.

He says the "humanitarian concert" was requested by Venezuelan politician Juan Guaidó, the opposition leader appealing for aid relief.

Deliveries have so far been stopped at the border.

In response to the concert, Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro has organised "Hands Off Venezuela", a three day festival taking place 300m away in Venezuela.
